HOW TO PREPARE
Matcha is traditionally enjoyed with only water. Add ½ tsp of Volvora Jeju Ceremonial Matcha to 1–2 oz of warm (but not boiling) water (140–175°F / 60–80°C). Whisk briskly for 15–30 seconds in a W (zig-zag) motion until frothy. Add another 4–6 oz of warm water, sip, and enjoy the pure taste of Jeju. For a matcha latte, add ½ tsp of matcha to 1–2 oz of warm (140–175°F / 60–80°C) water. Whisk for 15–30 seconds, then pour over 4–6 oz of your favorite milk. Delicious both hot or iced.
Pro Tip: For the creamiest latte, try it with oat milk or almond milk to enhance the natural sweetness of Jeju matcha.
